We started this to help us share and save some memories from Kelly’s pregnancy.  We are incredibly excited about our new addition and we are waiting patiently for his, or her, arrival.  We chose to not find out the sex.  There are very few good surprises left in life so we wanted to take advantage of this one.  We thank everyone for following.  To our parents who supported us the entire time, we thank you so much for Kelly’s baby showers, prayers, well wishes and all of your love.  To our siblings, we thank you for a lot of the same.  All of your support and prayers are not to go unappreciated and we are very thankful for all of you. To our Friends, thank you for being in our lives, for the very much needed distractions and for everything else.

About Kelly:
Kelly is 30 years old and from Pittsburgh, PA. She’s incredibly beautiful, very smart, super funny, is known for her love of decorating and buying too many curtains, has an insatiable thirst for baskets, lanterns, nativity scenes with no people, and cleaning.  Joe thinks she is a dynamo in the bedroom; she does not disagree.  She likes all things Ranch dressing, she has a love/hate relationship with going to the movies, she hates that Joe only suggests Chinese food every night for dinner, and she thinks she is an entirely better dancer than she actually is.  She once broke the world record for how many plug in window candles purchased in a calendar year.  That record was broken, by herself, one year later.

About Joe:
Joe is 32 years old and from Brooklyn NY.  He is funny, smart, he used to exercise and still has all of the gym clothes to prove it.  He constantly talks about how he “peaked in high school,” he suggests Chinese food for dinner every night but rarely wins, he truly believes he is a great singer but doesn’t sing loud enough for anyone to hear him.  He once thought he had shingles, but quickly learned of a fierce allergy he has to Pomegranate juice.  He loves to play golf and claims to make the World’s Best Chili (Kelly strongly disagrees).  He loves Kelly, but often quips that in his next marriage, he really thinks he can “get it right.”

They are both madly in love with one another, though Kelly often has dreams where Joe cheats on her, and promptly wakes him up, by slapping his face, speaking no words, turning over, then going back to sleep.  They met in 2007 when Kelly’s sister and Joe worked together.  Once Kelly saw Joe’s hair, his then-slim waist and his car, she fell hard.  Joe remembers what Kelly was wearing the first time they met.  Kelly isn’t convinced he actually does remember, but she doesn’t remember it well enough to know if Joe is actually telling the truth, so she thinks it’s sweet.  Joe fell for Kelly, hard, especially on their first date, when Kelly avoided all eye contact with Joe and when asked about it, she said she couldn’t look at him because she had “two lazy eyes.”  Joe was immediately hooked.
